for those who dont know... he is the small kid tat strike a lottery n visited the Chocolate Factory with his tour guide Johnny Depp...

i want to mention simon/jared 's mother.... n the father tat left him for another woman..
Mary Louise Parker..
i remmebered tis show she acted in tat was abt 10 yrs ago.."Boys on the side".she acted alongside with Whoopi Goldberg. It was a very touching show..abt woman,,,, friendship... lesbian...N how to cope with AIDS.another abt the movie ...Whoopi Goldberg sangthe song "you got it"(originally by Roy Orbison)..

n next, the father...
did anyone recognise him?
his name is Andrew McCarthy...

he starred opposite Molly Ringwald in "Pretty in pink"...




n...another show i remembered "Mannequin" in which a mannequin came alive...




wow,,, he really looks old now.....

a country which i visit very often.

each time i went to cinemas to watch movie, all the audience will diligently stand up to pay tribute/respect to the beloved king.
n my friends will actually BOW at the end of the song!!

today is the 80th birthday of the beloved king.
someoone tat can move the nation so rockstrong tat every monday u can see floods of thais wearing yellow cos yellow is the birth color of theKing.

along wif the package was free tickets to watch the show FLY...
a show of lights, music, aerobatics, skating, dancing n Magic...
it was a nice show, really...
very impressesd n captivating......

then somepoeple got to spoil the show...

many start to leave 3/4 through the show..
i guess they were in a hurry to go back home? to gamble?

bought 易杰齐's 一整片天空 album recently...
it was released last year but dont know why... i jus didnt want to try it.
as usual, i dont know why...
i bought the album...

i m a civil servant... not top notched politician.

of course i do read about the pay adjustment with interest..
how much will i gain?
i really dont know and i dont care..
eveything will be decided by the government or my company.
the question is "where does my kind of job position stand?"
some may say we are professionals..
some say technicals..
debatable.

when Mr Lee announced that he will donate his increment for the next 5 years to charity, i was pleasantly surprise. He was probably addressing few things at the same time..
1. he is doing his karma
2. he is restoring the public's confidence in charity (after the NKF incident)
3. he is not money face.. (anyway he is already so rich)
4. he wants to show that he is really serious to have a good team of servants to run the country..

n thus i was a little annoyed when one of my colleague blurted out "Finally he did something good". shame on you!! how could u say that.

i like to play mahjong.

it needs yr judgement... yr skill.. yr luck..
i dont play mahjong with the intention to win money.
is a social game whereby friends get together to chat.. to bitch each other ..to follow up etc.
i hate people who think they damn fucking good.. pester u to hurry up hurry up.. and when u take a few seconds to think he starts to show signs of impatience..
hey is just a game! no wonder u keep losing, friend.




i like to play shares.
dont need to go into details how the 'game' can be an intellectual one..
it needs yr judgement.. yr skill.. yr luck..
i play the stock market with the intention to make some money...

money to buy CD

but many a times is to test how 'chuin' my judgement ...
i buy a counter after doing some observation n studies...
then i wait.
sometimes i win sometimes i lose.
hey if i so good i would be Soros!

jus before the crash in China stock market n US market few weeks back i bought Index-linked put warrants. back then the bull run hah been running in full steam n i predicted a correction will come soon... luckily for me!

then during the correction, i bought call warrants.. it worked again for me.
is a gamble n risk i took.
but i enjoy the thrill!
ha ha

i was annoyed wif one of my colleague. He asked me for a few hours' swap to allow him to attend a wedding lunch.. everything was 'sui sui' arranged n then he came up with a 'double reservation' plan tat made me angry.
i ridiculed him for his actions n i could tell he was upset by it.

then more annoying things got in the way...
a driver swerved into my lane....
amother driver deliberately went slow after i horned him for being a road hogger...
more n more...

then...

i realised... the more i feel agitated the more i will be annoyed with others when 'they dont seem to conform to my way'..

so i put to a stop.
i took a deep breath...

i sometimes really adore those who are borned with a smiling face....
almost 365 days of colgate smile...
i jus dont have it...
but when i dont smile, it doen't necessarily mean that something is wrong .. or tat i am not happy.... or.....

no smile doesn't equate sad.

so sometimes i get tired of 'explaining' why "i look sad?" when in actual fact my feelings are neutral.... nothin happy about nor to be sad about..

many said i look fierce n unfriendly when i dont smile...
oh excuse me, i dont live for others...
i dont have to fake a smile or conscientiosly put on a smile each time.
it only shows tat you dont know me well enough..

so wat a person can smile 24 hours a day...
could he/she be a 笑脸虎?

really frustrating...
i had a not-too-good Feb roster especially during the Chinese new year period..
i was n will be practically working everyday from 年初一 til 十五 with two official off days on the 8th n 15th days.
really angry.
then when u think 'never mind.. forget it'.. here comes yet another fucked-up March roster..
i was 'taken advantage of' and practically will be working on every weekend.
really cannot take such treatment from tat stupid roster clerkgirl.
of course i didnt take the roster jus like tat. i went to the chief planner n peacefully highlighted to him about my situation.
well can tell he was surprised to see how 'fucked-up' my March roster was... he promised to do do something maybe not for the month of March but for April...
well at least he is made known of this...
n hopefully i will get my fair share of treatment...
